Dear Old Unicorns, Staff, Parents and Friends,
Since Unicorn was founded in 1970, well over 1000 pupils have passed through the school and the majority are still, in some way, in contact with the school and fellow classmates.
Each year we send out about 500 copies of our Old Unicorn newsletter, which gives news of past pupils and staff as well as information about activities in school. It is always interesting to hear about the lives and many achievements of our alumni and to learn of their wide-ranging interests and careers. Many visit the school, a surprising number as parents of second-generation Unicorns.
The Old Unicorn newsletter for 2010 is currently being completed. Old pupils who wish to be included on the mailing list should telephone or e-mail the school. This year, Unicorn celebrates its 40th birthday and we hope to see past pupils, staff and their families at the events planned. Further details will be sent out in May.
