If you would like to update or amend your contact permissions then please complete the OU Authorisation Form below and email back to the School.

Unicorn School has a legitimate reason for storing data concerning you whilst you remain of an age subject to statutory education, after which time these records will be destroyed.

Unicorn School also maintains a database of former pupils. The data held is full name, date of birth, years of attendance and destination school, so that the School can verify queries from potential employers, and also those seeking priority on the waiting list when registering their child(ren) for admission to the School.

The School would also like to stay in contact by sending electronic communications (such as the Old Unicorn Newsletter). This information is held on a separate “Old Unicorn” database and will never be used or any targeted fundraising purposes or divulged to third parties.
