Lizzie Franks, the Sustainability Project Manager from Our Caterer Thomas Franks, came to launch the Biodiversity Challenge with our Eco Warriors Club. The children learnt lots of sustainability facts including how many habitats & ecosystems are endangered today. Did you know only 7% of woodlands in the UK are in good condition, and that we have had a 60% decline of all flying insects in the last 20 years?
