Arriving at school
To ensure a calm and organised start to the day, all children must arrive at school by 8.20am. Once the front door opens, pupils should make their way directly to their classrooms for morning registration.
Children arriving before 8.20am are asked to wait with their parents or carers on the forecourt.
Nursery children should be accompanied by a parent or carer to the Coach House, where they will be welcomed into their classroom.
Reception to Year 6 pupils enter independently through the main front door, helping to build confidence and routine.
A prompt and consistent morning arrival helps children settle quickly and prepares them for a positive day of learning.
End of school day and collection times
All children are collected from the front of the school, where staff ensure a safe and smooth handover process.
Nursery and Reception children are personally handed over to their parent or designated carer.
Years 1 to 6 pupils are dismissed by their teacher once they have identified the appropriate adult collecting them. Pupils should remain with their parent or carer once they leave the school building.
