I/We understand I/we are registering my/our interest in our child becoming a prospective pupil and that a non refundable payment of £50 per child is required for my/our child to be placed on the waiting list. I/We understand that the School gives priority to siblings already in the School and children of past Unicorns. Places are then offered to children on the Waiting List at the discretion of the Head. The UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The information requested in this form will be used by Unicorn School for the purposes of registration and admission.
