Several small sailboats glide on a calm lake, blue and white sails with two riders each, wearing life jackets; a red motorboat is nearby, shoreline in the distance.

Thursday clubs

Unusually for a primary school setting, we dedicate Thursday afternoons exclusively to extra-curricular opportunities for our Junior pupils. During this time, children step away from their usual curriculum lessons and immerse themselves in a broad and enriching programme of activities. These sessions are carefully designed to nurture curiosity, build confidence, and allow children to explore and develop a wide range of interests, talents, and new skills.

Our Thursday afternoon provision ensures that every child has the opportunity to discover something new, collaborate with different peers, and engage in experiences that support both their personal and social development. The clubs are varied and inclusive, catering to a wide spectrum of interests and abilities, and are led by enthusiastic staff who are passionate about their subjects.

Thursday afternoon clubs include:

Art Computer Cookery Dance
Debating Design technology Golf Padel tennis
Pottery Riding Sailing Sew what?

We also run activity clubs during and after school. These clubs include Karate, Musical Theatre, Swimming, Chess, Virtual Reality, M:tech (music technology), Sew what?, Unicorn Singers, La Jolie Ronde French Club, School of Comedy and Little Voices.
