From September 2023 our Nursery will run the option of full or half days Monday – Thursday and a half day on Friday for boys and girls aged 3, with a guarantee of a Reception place the following year.

Nursery is always busy and whatever the children are doing, they are learning! The curriculum is based around seven areas and the most important of these are Personal, Social and Emotional Development, Physical Development and Communication and Language, so the children spend lots of time playing with and chatting to their friends and teachers.

They love to play in the classroom and outside in the garden – construction toys, imaginative play, mark making, dressing up and messy, sensory play. Their teachers also lead some exciting sessions for them to learn together in different ways – singing, listening to stories, developing writing skills, learning phonics and numbers and playing games. Days are always fun in Red Class, with the children being prepared for school – and life!
