School trips

Every year, the Juniors go on action-packed field trips. In the summer term, Years 3 and 4 spend two nights at Sayers Croft, a beautiful and secure site with 56 acres of woodlands, meadows, ponds and fields, to explore through outdoor lessons and games. More info here.

Year 5 spend a week in the summer term in Devon at FSC Start Bay, where they further their geographical study of the area, as well as take part in activities such as rock climbing, kayaking and beach combing. More info here.

Year 6 also enjoy a week in the summer term in Cumbria at Castle Head Field Centre, learning about the local countryside, its wildlife and the environment, with team-building skills and activities. More info here.

Our ski trip, in alternate spring terms for Year 4 Class upwards, is one of the highlights of the school year. Resorts have included Myrkdalen in Norway, Passo Tonale and Folgarida in Italy and Les Deux Alpes and Risoul in France. More info and photos here.
